Internews Journalism Network (EJN) is now requesting grant applications for journalism projects focused on climate change adaption and responses to the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement. Organizations looking to focus on training and networking building projects are encouraged to apply for grants, which will be about $15,000 each. For more info, click here.

Author and journalist David Hoffman is both founder and President Emeritus of Internews, a global nonprofit that has pioneered media development. Internews has worked in more than 90 countries to train media professionals and citizens journalists to increase coverage of important local issues.

Backstory with the American Guys, a public radio program and podcast bringing historical perspectives to contemporary events, recently interviewed Elizabeth Williams about her book “Illustrated Courtroom.” The book features some of the best work of five award winning artists as they offer a rare behind-the-scenes look at courtroom drama and history, as they document those who are in the midst of making it.

Williams’ book is nationally acclaimed and has won various awards including, but not limited to, the Gold Medal for Global eBooks and Best Illustration in a non-fiction category.
