Courtroom artist Aggie Kenny is covering jury selection for two former aides to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, who are being accused of creating a traffic jam at the George Washington Bridge in a 2013 scandal known as “Bridegate.”
Bridget Anne Kelly, Christie’s former deputy chief of staff, and Bill Baroni,, Christie’s appointee to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, are charged with fraud for allegedly closing traffic lanes as revenge against Fort Lee Mayor Mark Sokolich, who didn’t endorse Christie’s re-election bid.
